Introduction

Thank you for visiting the justgetit.co.in website. We are overwhelmed to offer you access to our smart phone applications and our website, through which we serve patented services for placing orders with independent couriers named,"errand boys", who provides you services for your daily needs at your doorstep in just a click. 

"You" here is specifically referred to an end user of the JGI service.

Our Agreement

This is a binding contract between you and us. To proceed further you need to agree to our privacy policies.

By clicking the 'I agree' button ,and installing the app , you are bound by our agreement.

Note.

You are only authorised to use the app and our services if you agree to abide by all the applicable laws and this agreement. So please go through it thoroughly and save it. But if you do not agree with it, feel free to uninstall the application and discontinue the JGI service immediately.

The following relates to the purchase of items through JustGetIt shopping cart.

Validity- These postulates govern the sale and supply of goods by JGI , and these may be amended from time to time.

Contract with you- This contract validates as soon as your orders are received. We are clearly entitled to withdraw from these in case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods or for unavailability.

                             JustGetIt is happy to extend to you the opportunity as an intern in Design & Graphics.

On behalf of JGI ,I am pleased to extend you this offer of temporary employment as an intern reporting to Mr. C Shekhar, CEO of JGI. If you accept this letter; you will begin your internship with our company on 1st September 2016, and will be expected to work on every weekend and 1hr daily. 

Your payment will be based on number of hours of work done, excluding all applicable taxes and withholdings. As an intern you will receive "temporary employment" status , and you will not receive any of the employee benefits that regular company employees receive, including paid holidays, sick or vacation pays, health insurance e.t.c. 

Your internship with the company is "at will" which means that either you or the company may terminate your nternship at any time with or without cause and with or wthout notice.

During your employment, you may have acess to trade secrets and confidential business infrmation belonging to the company. By accepting this offer of employment, you acknowledge that you must keep all of this informations srtictly confidential and refrain from using it for your own purposes or from disclosing it to anyone outside the cmpany. In addition, you agree that upon conclusion of your employment, you will immediately return to the company all of its property document including electronically stored informations.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Freelance Internship Agreement to be signed & valid for an year. It will be renewed for next year only based on the performance.

2. Weekly review meeting on every Sunday at 10:00 am-11:00 am

3. Weekly discussion meeting on every Sunday at 11:00 am-12:00 am

4. Weekends: Sat-Sun Official Working Time 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

5. Holidays: Official Working Time 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

6. Weekdays: Official Working Time 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.

7. Minimum 1 hours effective work input daily.

8. 80% attendance (Work submission & Meeting) is compulsory to get the certificate.

Work Record

Please fill the details (within 48 hrs) of the work done (either for JGI or TIM) in the below link to maintain a record & get it approved weekly by the admin. Meetings duration should be entered.

Note: Approval won't be given till the work is shown, discussed & finalized & late entries won't be approved.

Attendance & Punctuality

On time presence in meetings & on time assignment execution will be awarded points that will be redeemed into cash.

Reward Points:

100 points for being on time in the scheduled meeting (Sunday 10:00 am to 12:00 pm)
-50 points for uninformed absenteeism in any of the scheduled meeting.

+1 point for every min of presence in meeting/work at office during any of the official time as mentioned above .

-1 point for every min of absence in meeting

300 points for satisfactory completion of the assignment on time.

200 additional points for satisfactory & approved assignment on time.

-50 points/day for delaying the assignment.

1 Reward point = Rs 0.25/-

Profit Share/Payment

A. 40% profit will be invested in the organisational growth & development.

B. 20% profit will be used for the organisation running expenditure.

C. 40% profit will be shared among all the team members according to the inputs given by them as per the approved work record.

D. Inputs will be calculated on hour basis. Every hour worked should be updated in the database on daily basis and will be approved by the admin. Same will be calculated monthly and profit share will be the paid to the team members accordingly.

E. Reward points will be calculated & redeemed monthly.

Certification

    Level-A+ Certificate on 1000+ hours Internship work

    Level-A   Certificate on 700+ hours Internship work

    Level-B   Certificate on 500+ hours Internship work

    Level-C   Certificate on 300+ hours Internship work

    Level-D   Certificate on 100+ hours Internship work

By accepting this offer you are eligible to receive the following beginning on your first day of work:

Our errand boys generally procure and ship the items within the limited time specified on the product page. To make sure your order will arrive on time, always check the shipping details located on the specific product page.

We promise to provide your items at your doorstep within an hour. (provided the products selected are easily available and are from one particular store and also covering within 1 km radius)

Cancellation:

Cancelling the products during transit is not possible.

If cancelled due to unfavorable conditions we are sorry to charge you the total product and delivery amount if the products are non-reusable. Double the delivery amount if the products are reusable and returnable.
